One of the company's most exciting current projects is a lifestyle retail center based on a "Main Street USA" theme in Roseville, California. The Fountains consists of 52 acres at Galleria Boulevard and Roseville Parkway, across the street from the very popular Westfield Galleria Mall.

A "Main Street USA" lifestyle retail center is a unique type of shopping environment that hosts tenants not typically found in traditional neighborhood malls. The center's design in architecture, landscape, walkways, dining areas, water features and other elements make it a comfortable and interesting destination for shopping as well as socializing.

The Fountains will consist of 380,000 square feet of retail space and will boast shops, restaurants, and services, as well as approximately 200,000 square feet of office space.

The project is presently under construction and the Grand Opening is anticipated in May/June 2008.

Breton Village

Breton Village is a retail and residential project in Roseville, California. Located on 10.5 acres at the intersection of Foothills and Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Breton Village will include 30,000 square feet of specialty retail space and 53 detached homes, to be developed by the Sares Regis Corporation.

The landscaping has been designed to provide seamless integration of the residential and retail elements of this project. Rather than divisive walls between them, the two components will flow easily into each other.

The project has been submitted to the City of Roseville's planning commission and the permit process has begun. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2008. The retail center will be completed in approximately 10 months, at which time a significant number, but not all, of the homes will also be completed.
