Breton Village is a retail and residential project in Roseville, California. Located on 10.5 acres at the intersection of Foothills and Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Breton Village will include 30,000 square feet of specialty retail space and 53 detached homes, to be developed by the Sares Regis Corporation.
The landscaping has been designed to provide seamless integration of the residential and retail elements of this project. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2006; the retail center and a significant number of the homes will be completed approximately 10 months thereafter.
