The Peter P. Bollinger Investment Company owns two apartment complexes in the greater Sacramento area.

Ashford Park is located at 123 Fountain Oaks Circle. Built by Charles Years in 1987, it has 279 units. The Company acquired the complex in 1990 and initiated a variety of exterior capital improvements and interior upgrades, and enhancements to the park-like setting. The complex is near Lake Crest Village, one of the Company’s larger shopping centers.

River Terrace is located in the South Natomas area, at 2593 Mill Creek Drive. This location provides for a short commute into the downtown area and I-5 corridor, and is near Sacramento International Airport and Arco Arena. The complex comprises 347 units and has benefited from a broad capital improvements project that included exterior improvements to the buildings and the landscape as well as interior upgrades.




The Mercantile Building is located at 3525 Mercantile Drive in Rancho Cordova, in Sacramento’s largest and strongest industrial market. Graybar Electric Supply and Grand Stone USA presently occupy the 69,120 square-foot building.
